• There is a slot for SD Card, and offers 3 USB3 ports for externals. Options at purchase include a 1 or 2TB option, so perhaps a PC tech could upgrade, but opening the case was too much of a pain for me

• I'm not 100% sure but you can't install 2nd ssd Even the first ssd is 2242. I don't think you can upgrade to bigger one
