Q: QuestionIf I connect an external monitor using one of the thunderbolt ports, will I be able to get 4K 120Hz?

• A:Answer The monitor has the capacity for this if it is 4k 120 hz. The laptop is 60 hz and 1989x1200. The output on movies is usually 1080p. You would have to use the HDMI port and connect the monitor to actually view the screen. Then play videos to see the results. Buy the Acer as it has much better specs and is 2k resolution 120hz. • A:Answer If you connect the monitor to the HDMI port, and get one of those combination wireless mouse and keyboards that share the same dongle, then yes you still have a USB-a for your thumb drive, and two USB-c for docks or hubs to give you even more ports. USB-c can also be used for connecting displays.
