It's both. LCD stands for liquid crystal display. LED stands for Light Emitting Diode. LCD essentially means that it is a flat screen display. LED referrers to the type of light source used to light the display. The early LCD's were backlit with an array of fluorescent tubes. Then later LEDs were used because they are thinner, brighter, and longer lasting. So pretty much all laptops have LCD screens with LED backlights except for the handful of high end displays that have OLED technology where the screen pixels themselves generate colored light and so there is no need for a backlight. So this laptop is and LCD-LED display.
