Whether it is compatible with specific APPs will depend on the APPs requirements and compatibility. We recommend you check with the specific APPs software publisher's web sites that you want to use, for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

Q: QuestionDoes this laptop have a means to lock the function key so the F1-F12 keys are on by default?

• A:Answer Yes. Hold down the Fn Key and tap the Esc Key at the same time. This locks the Fn Key and now the HotKey Functionality of the F1-F12 keys will be secondary to the F1 through F12 functions of the keys. So to access the HotKey Functions you will now need to hold down the Fn Key then tap the appropriate HotKey to access the HotKey Functions.
