“Does anyone know if I could replace this SATA III SSD w/ the Samsung 950 Pro? Best Buy now sells an updated version w/ the i7-6560 & PCIe SSD, however I don't know if it's the same mobo & BIOS version that supports both sataIII & PCIe via m.2 connection”

This model has the Samsung 512GB PCIe solid-state drive. Check with Samsung as the compatibility of the Samsung Pro's compatibility.
