• The Yoga 900 had th software for Windows Hello but the hardware needs to be purchased separately. I bought a usb fingerprint reader for my yoga and it works just fine. Didn't even need to download new drivers.

• No, it does not. While the feature itself is nice, it wasn't a deciding factor for me as I never use it.
