Awesome multi-functional computer. Bought this for a co worker and they love the unit. It is light a wicked fast. So far no problems. Still getting used to the Windows 10, but we are upgrading from Windows 7. The screen is clear and sharp. If you are in a bright room, there is some glare as it is a "glass finish" screen. There are the typical smudges one would expect with a tough screen computer, but they wipe of easy when the unit is off. Start up takes about 10 - 15 seconds! Unit is quite and does NOT run hot. Only complain would be when the unit is in table mode, the keyboard will recess some, but the keys are still elevated. This is a small complaint, but so far my only complaint. You get what you pay for, this unit has a SSD, i7 processor, and excellent graphics. Not the cheapest unit, but you get what you pay for.

I bought this to replace my tablet, due to lack of performance. This is slightly larger, and just as thin. It handles everything I throw at it without any problems, and I really love the touch screen. The only negatives so far are Windows 10, which is taking some time to get used to, and the fact there is no finger notch to assist in opening the laptop.

I really love this computer. It has a really nice, sleek design and it performs exceptionally well. The display is incredible. I am also very happy with Windows 10.
Obviously, you pay for what you get and this was on the higher end of what I was looking for. That being said, if you are looking in this price range and this has the features you want, I definitely recommend this product.

I purchased this machine for its solid state, light weight, long term use, to take to class - both as a student and teacher, and for travel. Oh and the touch screen, if you have not tried a touch screen, I recommend it. Once you start to use a touch screen, it is a hassle to have to go back and use a mouse.

I bought it because I needed a PC for school. I have a Macbook Pro currently and love it so when I found out I needed to buy a PC I was disappointed. I still love my Mac, but I'm pleasantly surprised by this laptop. We'll see if it's performance holds up over time. My 3 year old Macbook Pro works like the first day I turned it on. Fingers crossed the performance holds up over time. It's crazy light and I love the touch screen too!

Lenovo Yoga 900

I have had the Yoga 900 for about the last week. I also have the Yoga 3 Pro. Both have 8gigs of RAM. That M processor was a PITA but the 900 I have with the 6th Gen.i7 processor is like night and day. This system does what you ask and it does it quickly. The hinges have been tightened, as mentioned in the article. They're not flimsey in the least. I'm still learning the OS W10 but the learning curve isn't that hard. The picture is extremely sharp. The touchpad is very responsive and not having an X-1 I can't tell you how it compares, but coming from a guy who used to hate touchpads, this one and the Y3P's are a pleasure to use....
If it's a good Ultrabook you're looking for then this is what you want, you will be very pleased with this system.

Lenovo has been putting together some very nice devices. The Yoga series is definitely one of them. This Yoga 900 (Successor to the Yoga Pro 3) is not only light weight and sleek but powerful. My Wife is super happy with it but only wished she could have purchased the Champaign color from Best Buy. Unfortunately Lenovo only allows certain models with certain builds to be sold by Best Buy which limits the options at the store. Performance-wise there hasn't been a hiccup, though I havn't fully put it to the test with photoshop or a 3D software. I don't expect much from it on that level since it isn't really made for that but I am sure it can handle much of the design work I do.

This computer has every feature I was looking for: soild state drive, touch screen, ssd card reader, USB-3, lighted keyboard, Windows 10, i7 latest gen processor, and more. It boots in 9 seconds. The battery life is 14 hours. I leave it on all the time (it goes to sleep mode) and I only need to charge it twice a week. It runs quite cool so I can use it on my lap. The hinge is very substantial. I can't think of one thing I would change.

Best 2-in-1 Laptop

There is no question that this is the best Yoga to be released yet and far superior to the original Yoga which I had. The design is superior, it has much better internal components, the battery life is 2 to 3 times better than the original and it still remains very light. I am so glad that I bought the Yoga and did not go with another brand. The next 2-in-1 laptop I buy will most likely be another Lenovo!!

This was a present for my wife. I was looking for an upgrade from her previous laptop that was showing it's age. She loves it. The Yoga is exceptionally light, boots from off to ready in just seconds with the SSD. It packs a Gen 6 I-7 processor and 8G RAM and is able to handle all her computing needs - and more. The keyboard is as good as expected with two level backlighting that you can turn off and improve the battery life from good to very good. It was a very good purchase at a great sale price.

I like everything about this laptop. It's got a super fast cpu, just enough memory, adequate hard drive. It's extremely light and thin. One of the best 2 in 1 laptops, maybe the best out there currently. I wish the battery would last longer. I got 4-5 hours at 75% brightness but I also understand you sacrifice battery life for a thinner, lighter laptop. Other than that, it's perfect.

This machine rivals the Macbook Air for lightweight portability. I needed a windows laptop instead of another Mac in the house. This has met all my expectations! I did have to update the trackpad drivers, and change some default windows settings due to the touch screen, but other than that there have been no problems. I'll update this review accordingly if needed.

I bought the computer as a gift for a friend of mine, who's computer had up and died.
Everything for the last 2 1/2 months is been going great no issues with the computer, lightweight, easy to handle, touchscreen, easy to read, what else is there ?
I'd buy another one in a minute and I may just buy one to have on hand, thanks again Best Buy for everything and Lenovo as well.

Had the Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro and this is an upgrade for me. Battery Life is a little better and the overall weight is noticeably less. We had purchased a Dell Inspiron 2 in 1 but had to return it 3 times for power charging issues. This Lenovo is just a rock solid machine with no problems.

I needed to trade up laptops from the beasty 15.6" i3 I had before. This computer is light, the touch screen is convenient, but I hardly use it as a tablet. Cool thing is, when on the plane during takeoff you may only have handheld devices, I flip the laptop into a tablet and continue watching my movie or studying without missing a beat.
Graphics are great. With a great internet connection this computer is a true powerhouse at multi-tasking. I have downloaded several movies (VUDU) in the background while smoothly streaming from Netflix while also having all of my briwser tabs and some Word documents open.
One complaint is there is no built-in HDMI port. That problem is easily remedied. Also, there should be more shell cases on the market for this laptop (because I use it as an actual laptop versus tablet mode 97% of the time). The charging port is a bit strange as well. Cable is a bit short.
In the end, this purchase was perfect for what I needed.

The yoga has excellent battery life, is easy to use and is very light. The only downside I have seen so far is the touch screen can be a bit finicky at times. I have the surface pro 3 and returned it happy I did.
