The Lenovo Yoga 9i 14 model number 82BG000CUS, ships with a 30-day trial of McAfee Virus Protection software installed. It will activate upon the initial activation of Windows 10 and give you 30-days of virus/malware protection from that point. You do not need to use McAfee. There is also Windows Defender Virus Protection included with the Windows 10 Operating System and is free. It just needs to be turned on. You can also install any other 3rd party virus protection software you choose, just uninstall McAfee first, before you either turn on Windows Defender or install your own 3rd party virus protection software. Of course you can choose to keep McAfee and purchase a subscription to McAfee's Virus Protection as well.
