“I went into the best buy store to look at this laptop. I love my current Lenovo 2-in-1 but I'm due for an upgrade. The store had the laptop closed. When I opened it, the screen was flickering. What is causing this issue? Not sure If I want to purchase now”

• The Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 9i-14 model number 82BG000CUS, has instant on from sleep capability built in, thanks to the Evo Platform this model is configured with and Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System. Neither of these features should cause a flicker of the screen's image. Since this is a display model, it may be due to the DEMO video loop that is loaded on this DEMO model. This is not normal for the Yoga 9i-14. This model may be in need of a Windows 10 update, which could be causing the screen to flicker as the operating system is scanning for the update. DEMO model laptops can not automatically download updates.
