Bestbuy will say that the Wacom stylus will work. You will be hard pressed to find any documentation from or for Lenovo devices that indicate a compatible stylus other than the one it comes with. However, I purchased and use the Lenovo Active Pen 2 with my Yogo 9 15I and it works with tilt and multi-level touch support with no issues.

Yes. With Windows 10 Operating System installed on the Yoga 9i 15, you will be able to cast to a compatible device like a Roku Device.
