QuestionDoes the open box of this product include the pen, deos it depend on the quality of the open box? If no pen is included, what is a pen that i can buy that would best match this device?

- Answer Open box excellent should include the pen as it states that it includes all accessories - if it doesn't include the pen, you should return it or see if you can get a refund as it should be a lower quality/rating. I'm sure with lower open box qualities, you may still get a pen but it's not guaranteed. It uses the Lenovo Yoga Pen, but as far as I know you can't buy it in the matching Cosmic Blue color - it will only be in a dark grey color. Lenovo 4X81Q95846 or GX81S07448

- Answer I believe it may be because I bough the laptop open box from Best Buy which is why I am not seeing a pen. Luckily I was able to find the pen at the Lenovo parts store and will be ordering today. Thanks!

- Answer Hey Courtney, To clarify, this configuration of the Yoga 9i 2-in-1 Aura Edition features a different display panel, a 2.8K (rounded up to 3K) resolution OLED with a higher brightness (500 nits base / 1100 nits peak) and refresh rate (120Hz), versus the other panel in question that's 3.8K, with a lower brightness and refresh rate.
