Since not all (windows) software is compatible with this computer, you should check to make sure that the programs you will use will work. If your course just uses a web browser and/or Microsoft Office then I think it would be good. It is light, quiet (no fan), lasts a long time on a charge and is fast on WiFi and LTE. Uses Outlook for email which can be subscribed to non-Microsoft accounts such as gmail.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That will depend on the software you will be using and the requirements and compatibility of the specific software. We recommend you check with the specific software publisher's web site for their compatibility with Windows 10 S-Mode operating system (Windows 10 S-Mode provides added security by only allowing APPs available ( and therefore certified by Microsoft) at the Microsoft Store. If you don't need the added security or you need to install APPs not available at the Microsoft Store, you can switch to standard Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System, at no additional cost.) and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration. Please keep in mind, the Yoga C630 (WOS) is a great choice for someone looking for an Always Connected, Windows 10s, ARM processor, Ultra mobile computing device. We recommend you check the requirements and compatibility of the software you will need to use on your new computer, before you invest. Be sure your new computer will do the work you want to do, before you invest in any new computer.
