“Has anyone reported having problems with the WebCam on the Yoga C940 Laptop? I bought mine in January 2020 and just tried to use the integrated camera for a TeleMed visit but I cannot get my camera to work at all.”

I have recently had camera issues after less than a week of ownership. The error message says that the camera cannot be found. I have not had success in getting support so I am prepared to return this laptop.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The webcam on the Lenovo Yoga C940-14 ships with a manual Privacy Shutter. Be sure you open the Privacy Shutter before you try to use the webcam. Here is a link to a Product Tour Video that also highlights the functionality of the webcam Privacy Shutter. The Manual webcam Privacy Shutter is located right above the webcam lens. If you see a red dot over the webcam, the Privacy Shutter is closed.
