Surprisingly, rtings .com doesn't list 'how many local dimming zones' ! But they do note a 236 PPI for the 3.2K display, and: "The Mini LED panels have local dimming, which will result in significantly better black uniformity than the edge-lit IPS panels. However, because Mini LED displays don't have the pixel-level control that OLEDs do, you may see some blooming around bright objects in dark scenes."
