• The deadbolt housing would fail before someone could break the bolt itself. If someone were to plan to cut through it, then yes it would be "easier" but at that point, that person would really want to get into your home and there are much easier ways than going through than that.

• It's very tough, it is hallow but because it's a small size it is unbreakable.
