“After replacing the filter the icon of filter is still showing red. What is wrong?”

• You have to go in the app and reset the filter censor. When you go to the app, find the filter management tab at the bottom of the screen. Once you select it, at the bottom of the screen there is a slide bar to reset the filter management once it’s changed.

• Please try pressing and holding the crescent moon (Sleep Mode) icon for 5-8 seconds. This will turn the "check filter" notification light off and reset the timer.
