• To help reduce white dust, we recommend regular cleaning as detailed in the manual and using distilled water for best results. As another alternative, purified or filtered water will be slightly better than tap water. However, you may use tap water at your own discretion.

• I use distilled water so there’s no buildup and there are not any filters

• Distilled is recommended. I don’t. But I clean it well w. I Evan and water weekly. That is mandatory to prevent bacteria growth
