“Is the charcoal filter a whole different filter and if so what do I buy?”

• All of the filters available for this model (including the original) have at least 3 layers: Pre-Filter, Main Filter, and Activated Carbon Filter. The Main / Activated Carbon Filter is recommended to be replaced every 12 months.
