I read somewhere that to replace the rechargeable batteries the cost is around $500 for each batttery. Of course you would have to send them back to the manufacturer for this. Probably to the place you bought them first. Hope this helps. Supposedly these type of batteries work for about as long as the hearing aids do. Which is about 5 years.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I called the company before buying these, and one of my questions was about the lifespan of the batteries. They said 4 to 6 years. The batteries don't look replaceable to me, but maybe after 5 years you would be ready for an upgrade anyway.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. These hearing aids are rechargeable. Lexie support can help you set up the hearing aid if you need help with the App. So you do need an app to set these up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My hearing aids cost around a thousand dollars and the Lexie company has sent me components I needed to fit them to my big head for no charge. This cost is about half of what a audiologist charged me for hearing aids that didn’t work at all. They run on rechargeable batteries and the kit includes a charger and components used to customize them as needed. There is an app for your smart phone that allows you to set them up for you special needs. They are great and the company is there to help.
