Hi there. you get a 60 day trial period when you purchase through Best Buy which allows you to return your hearing aids for a full refund within the first 60 days if you're not 100% satisfied with them. Please refer to the Best Buy return policy for further detail.

This is misleading. You only have 60 days if you are a PAID member of Best Buy reward program. Otherwise it's 14 days from date of purchase FOR EVERYONE ELSE.
