Hi LTT, when you purchase the Lexie B2 hearing aid Powered by Bose, there is an option for a protection plan which covers your hearing aid in the case of loss or damage. If you purchased your Lexie B2 hearing aid Powered by Bose on a subscription plan, your protection plan is automatically included and you can contact our sales team that will assist with the repair. If you do not have the protection plan, you are welcome to send back your Lexie B2 hearing aid Powered by Bose so that our team can assess the damage and get back to you on what the price of repair may be.
