• Hi there, at this stage the Lexie B2 hearing aids do not offer these features.

• No. You'll have to go to an audiologist and get prescription hearing aids for that feature. You'll also need a medical examination to find the cause of your tinnitus and rule out issues that need to be medically remedied.
