Their app allows you to set the volume, mute, balance, frequencies, front-facing or omnidirectional listening for four different environments and shows the battery levels for each aid. iPhone or Google. Amazing.

Please try again later.They are programmed by the person themselves via an app--so you decide how you want each frequency, but remember any OTC hearing aid is only for people with a mild to moderate hearing loss. If your loss is in the severe range they wont be powerful enough. You have to go see an audiologist to get those
