Yes you need the app to control it. You could use an iPad or computer too .

To set up your Lexie B2 Self-fitting OTC hearing aids Powered by Bose you will need a smartphone to help you in the process. You can however borrow a family member's smartphone to do so. The volume can be adjusted on the hearing aid itself, but for more features like the environment setting, treble and bass, etc., you will need to control that via the Lexie app. If you have any questions, please contact our support team at (800) 499-1336 or email [email protected].
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can turn the hearing aids on an off and adjust the volume using the small toggle switches on top of the unit that goes over your ear. You need the Lexie app to adjust the bass vs treble or select the different room settings.
