How long can they be left on charger? null

Hi, Skip, we recommend that you charge your Lexie B2 OTC hearing aids Powered by Bose until the battery is on 100% and thereafter unplug the case from the power source. After that, you can leave the hearing aids in the charging case as normal.

I’ve left mine on the charger for 2 days. Don’t have any problems. Once charged I think they quit taking a charge.
