• Yes. The hearing aids work without wifi. They just can't be adjusted with the app.

For the initial setup of your Lexie B2 self-fitting OTC hearing aids powered by Bose, you'll need to use the Lexie App. You can, however, without the use of Bluetooth connectivity, easily adjust the volume and switch between various listening environments/programs by using the buttons located on your hearing aids.
