Adults with severe hearing loss and children under the age of 18 should not use OTC hearing aids. You can, however, take our free online hearing test to determine whether OTC hearing aids will be the right option for you. Q: QuestionCan I get 2 right ear Lexie Aids (left ear tests fine), or get an extra right ear wire allowing me to convert the left to a right ear aid?

- A:Answer Hi, Bob. You don't need to buy two right hearing aid devices. You can simply match the settings of your left hearing aid to the right one and adjust it until the sound is satisfactory. If you've bought a new pair, you're entitled to one free RIC wire replacement per hearing aid. However, requesting a second size 2 right wire might raise concerns since it already comes with one. Users with tinnitus should consult a hearing healthcare professional if their hearing aids are insufficient. Our range of Lexie hearing aids can amplify sound to safe, high levels with the World Volume setting. Users should avoid uncomfortable volumes and consult a professional if they need maximum amplification, as our devices are for mild to moderate hearing loss. - A:Answer Currently, Best Buy offers a 60 day return for all hearing aids, like the Lexie B2. Normally, they would only come with the 45 day trial offered by Lexie. "Extended returns: Hearing aids have a 60-day return policy for all customers, including Membership Program members. Please note that hearing amplifiers follow our standard 15-day return policy." As the Lexie B2 is a high quality hearing aid, you would have 60 days to try them out and decide if they work for you.

The Lexie App is compatible with any smartphone or tablet capable of running IOS 13.0 and above, and Android 8.0 and above. Q: QuestionCan I adjust the clarity?

- A:Answer Yes. The controls are in the app that you add to your iphone or android. You can take a hearing test in the app and it sets the suggested settings. You save that and name it for later use. (See my photo). You can also tweak those settings to fit your hearing better. It was too loud for my normal household settings so I lowered the volume and saved it as a new settings group. See the photo of the controls page from my phone. At top it shows my left is not connected right now. At the bottom you can see my L/R are set a little different. The dark button is the environment I’ve got set. The next are environments available. See 2 nd photo. And the battery charge. The company suggests charging each night. But I don’t always get to do that. I usually have enough charge for most of the next day. These are great and. Did not have to borrow money to pay for them.

- A:Answer There are self fitting domes and other helps that come with the hearing aids. I was able to do my own fitting. There is also customer service with an experienced person if you need it. I have not used that service.
