Yes, it has a right-angled power cord, which sticks out 3/4" from the wall socket.

No it does not... so you can't push this model flush against the countertop wall (but I don't think you're supposed to anyway given the fan, etc).

Yes, the power cord is fairly flat to the wall. The power cord inserts at the side of the plug instead of the front.
