“I just purchased this microwave. Model # LCRT1513ST /00. The description says Stainless Steel. It looks like a silver paint to me. Could it be mislabeled?”

• The front is stainless steel and the sides and top are a silver color but not stainless.

• It does not appear to be silver paint. That being said, my other appliances have higher end stainless steel finishes; a magnet does not stick to those. The same magnet grabs this microwave door very quickly.

• The front trim is stainless steel, but the microwave is actually black. It is a very good-looking appliance, it works great, doesn't take up 1/3 of my counter space as others did, and looks just right with my stainless steel major appliances.
