“Can you utilize the timer at the same time you are cooking in the mircrowave I see LG answered for how many minutes, but never answered if you can use both functions at the same time. I currently have another LG microwave model and you can use both at the same time. Great feature. Looking to buy another LG, but this is an important function for me.”

Yes you can set the timer, and cook at the same time. It doesn't show timer, but after I cooked timer is still counting down
