“I am replacing a Maytag over range Microwave that is between 8-10 yrs old but the only fault I ever found with this was noisy fan. My heating unit is gone so I want to replace with this LG but how is the fan noise suitation ?????”

THIS MICROWAVE IS ***E X T R E M E L Y*** LOUD IF VENTED INSIDE. THAT IS WHY I AM LOOKING TO REPLACE MINE EVEN THOUGH IT IS BRAND NEW. WE HAVE TO TURN TV VOLUME UP IN NEXT ROOM WHEN MICROWAVE IS IN USE.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If your venting into the kitchen it can be a little annoying. It exhaust out the upper front of the microwave. If your venting out of either one of the 2 options on the back it's really not loud at all.
