• There are cooking tip in the Owner's Manual starting on page 21. You can access an Owner's Manual from the support page at https://www.lg.com/us/support/product/lg-LMV1831ST.BSBELGA. I do not know if there is a manual in the door of the unit. Please seek answers at https://lgcommunity.us.com.
