“Does this unit come with a slide our chassis or sleeve?”

• The specifications states "Yes" that a sleeve is included. However, that was not the case with me. The box doesn't look to be designed to contain the sleeve. So I don't think it was a packing oversight at the manufacturer. You're going to have to buy one.
