Self install you can build and paint for less than $50 or you can buy a rack for $80 on Amazon that will support 200 pounds, over twice this units weight. Cord is about 6 feet long, most rooms and a socket within 6 feet of a window, do not use standard extension cords, 12 GA NOT 16 GA. I have one of each style and actually prefer the $80 removable rack.
