That is two horizontal blades over a horseshoe-shaped grounding pin, and it has to be plugged into a standard 250V, 3-wire grounding receptacle rated 15 A, 250 VAC, protected by a 15A time delay fuse or a 15A circuit breaker...^Ivan.
