Best Buy generally allows returns on portable air conditioners within 15 days of purchase for standard customers (up to 60 days for Plus/Total members). The unit must be in like-new condition with original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Opened units may be accepted, but damaged or unsanitary items may be denied.
