“I have a Samsung 5300 series TV to watch in my RV. I need more volumn. When running the generator to power TV it is hard to hear unless sitting right next to TV. Would this sound bar help. If not what do I need.”

It has sufficient sound. I don't think it would work in a home theater, but it works really well in small spaces like you are describing.
