• The fact the clock won't stay on and it is so difficult to see the keypad makes this microwave unacceptable.

• Hi I ended up returning it cause the time didn't work which I found very weird and the cord was super short and the same issue you had too.

• The clock on my unit stays n 24/7. I have looked through the manual and find nothing to control or change that feature. Sounds like a problem of your specific oven. And I agree that the lack of keypad lighting is a problem. I have to turn n an overhead light to read the keypad after dark.

• You are right clock doesn't stay on, energy efficient. Also very hard to see to program, use a flashlight.
