Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I see this question was submitted a really long time ago so I don't know if the unit was still under warranty. If the control pads don't work then they are defective and the only option I know of is to replace the microwave with another. That was why I wound up buying my new LG microwave in November because the microwave I had owned for a few years the control sensor pad quit working and I was told that was my only option at that point.

Please try again later.Possibly you have a faulty outlet,- electrical panel switch tripped as this is an appliance that needs its own 20 amp dedicated power circuit, - your unit shuts off automatically from power surge to protect itself and you need to reset the unit by using its reset button, last but hopingly not...your unit needs to be replaced due to misuse or faulty manufacturing . - Use your warranty !
