Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This happened to me with the microwave I had to replace--the only way I could get it to work was to hold the "open door" button in a little bit. That would engage it for some reason, but that got too tiring having to stand there holding in that button "just so" during the whole time it cooked. Actually, when the problem 1st started, after we held the button in where it would start working, we could GRADUALLY let go of it and it would continue ok, but eventually we had to stand there for the entire cooking time so we gave in and bought a new one.
