“Subwoofer does not appear to be on. Green light on no volume. Also is it blue tooth”

yes it is blutooth if I were you I would buy a newer tougher optic cable ive had this unit for 3 years now and I really like it other then the optical cable is cheap and my bass started cutting in and out.

Hi Rayd. As implied in the title description, the LG 2.1ch 300W Sound Bar with Wireless Subwoofer and Bluetooth® Connectivity, Model # SK3B does support Bluetooth (ver. 4.0). When the unit is attempting to connect with the Subwoofer, the LED should blink Yellow/Green. When that Yellow/Green stays constant, it indicates that the connection is completed. Red/Yellow/Green alternate blinking indicates that the Subwoofer connection is initialized. Try disconnecting the Subwoofer and re-connect it then try pairing the units manually. If that does not resolve the issue, please contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000 for troubleshooting assistance...^IFV
