Can the sound bar attach to the bottom of the TV? null

The LG 2.1 ch High Res Audio Sound Bar w/ DTS Virtual:X Sound, Model # SK5Y cannot be attached directly onto a TV, but it does come with supplied Wall Brackets and a Wall Bracket Install Guide that you can use to match the TV's bottom edge with so that the brackets are positioned under the TV to mount the Soundbar on the wall. When mounting the Soundbar on a wall (concrete) you will need to use wall plugs which are not supplied. Youcan purchase the Hilti (HUD-1 6 x 30) which will come with supplied wall plugs and screws for mounting the brackets on the wall...^IFV

Not directly, but has brackets to wall mount or can buy extensions and hang below tv from a tv stand or mount.

Yes, I think it came with brackets but I did not use them.

It’s best for it to rest on a flat surface and not attach to tv. So no, it doesn’t attach to the bottom of the tv.
