yes my did also was to close to a power source moved away a little problem stopped or a wifi connected device running 5g

Please try again later.When it goes off and on watch and Make sure your subwoofer is keeping contact with the sound bar and that the connection isn' turning off and on between both units. Check this by looking on the back of the subwoofer you should see a green light if light is blinking means its not connected to sound bar if it stays lit green steadily sub and sound bar is fully connected.

You need to update the soundbar/subwoofer using a little flash drive you can plug in to the soundbar. Again, check the following article.
