Will this connect to a Vizio 4K Ultra HD D-series? null

Yes! I have it connected to mine. I have Visio 4K

it has two wired inputs, 3.5mm (headphone jack) and optical audio. it also has Bluetooth so between those three there's no reason why it wouldn't connect to that TV. I would check your TV inputs and see what kind of connections they support. consideing it's a 4k I'm sure it has optical audio ports.
