Can this connect to a Hisense TV? null

Connection is done with an optical cable, which is provided. So unless your TV does not have an optical port, it should work with your TV.

Yes it has optical and data to use on any tv that has head phone jacks or optical

As long as it has a Audio IR port or a headphone jack. Those are your only 2 options. No HDMI port or rca jacks

it does - my hisense tv does not have the optical input. I used a standard audio (almost an auxiliary type) input. Sound is still great
