“I have the 50” amazon fire tv and for some reason it seems like the optical from the soundbar to my tv does not fit into the tv. It seems like everything lines up but doesn’t push and click fully in. I’ve had to use the Bluetooth feature. Any ideas ?”

Make sure you remove the plastic connectors from both ends of the optical cable. I didn't do that at first. Then I went , DUH!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There's only one way the optical cable can be inserted. There is a flat side on the cable as well as on the receptacle. They need to be aligned correctly
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sometimes it does seem Difficult to get the optical connectors in especially in the TVs because it’s a tight fit. But as long as you have it oriented correctly it will fit.
