• I'm sorry I haven't even used the Bluetooth The soundbar is so close with the TV that I ended up using the fiberoptic eye to connect And it works perfect that way.

• I have the same problem at times. I am on dish network it does not happen on everything I watch so I ignore it. Sorry I could not really help you.
