“This sound bar worked fine with my 47” LG TV. Just hooked up my 55” insignia TV and now I’m experiencing short audio drops. The picture does not drop so not hdmii. Sound bar is connected with the optical cable which is not damaged and plugged in alltheway”

• If it worked fine on your other TV and then cuts out on the new TV, I would say its the sound board/card on the new tv.

• Have you tried blowing out the optical port with a can of air? It could be dust on either end of the fiber optic.
