• First make sure that you don’t have any other device synched to your sound bar. Then go to your iPhones Bluetooth tooth settings and look for the LG sound bar then press connect device. If this don’t work contact me.

• Prior to pairing, make sure your phone has the Bluetooth turned on. Turn on the soundbar and use the bluetooth on your phone to search for the soundbar. You should see the soundbar appear as “LG LAS465B (XX) /LG SH3K (XX)”. If your device needs a PIN, enter 0000, and when it is paired, you should see the BLUETOOTH j, LED light up. Try to make sure the phone and soundbar are in close proximity, and only one device can be paired at a time. Also some equipment, including microwaves may interfere with the pairing.
