“So I've had the SH3K sound bar for 7 months now and have had no problems, but now I'm experiencing a problem connecting any device to it. I've tried 2 phones (Apple and Android) and a record player... neither working. Any and all help would be appreciated”

• You might take the remote that originally came with the sound bar and make sure the sound bar is set to Bluetooth.
